Four Wheel Drive is a band that exists to play live. They deliver what can only be described as a relentless onslaught of good time, balls out, Rock 'N' Roll with notably British elements in the best traditions of The Faces and The Rolling Stones.

Formed in London in 2008, the band has maintained an intense touring and gigging schedule that has seen them play in the region of one hundred shows a year since their debut. From an early stage in their career, they also established their wide international appeal by regularly touring Europe and gathering a large fan base across Germany, the Czech Republic, Holland and Belgium.

Within a year of being together the band saw the completion of their debut album, ‘High Roller’, which has been met with an extremely positive reaction from fans and press alike – receiving airplay on many UK and European radio stations such as KLFM, Star FM and Total Rock. Five months later the band shot their first music video for debut single ‘White Lines’, which was produced by Sara Harding (Download and Sonisphere producer for Channel 4). After a packed house show at the 100 Club, Oxford Street, London to reveal the video to the fans and industry the band received further critical praise. With this debut video, the band achieved the notable feat of being one of the only unsigned bands whose video was on rotation on MTV, Kerrang! TV, and Scuzz TV.

In January 2011, Four Wheel Drive began filming the video for title track ‘High Roller’. Working once again with Sara Harding, this video is due for release in the summer of 2011, and will also receive airplay on the major music channels.

The release of the ‘High Roller’ video marks the start of an intense campaign from the Four Wheel Drive boys, who are hitting the studio this summer to record a whole batch of hot rocking brand new singles for the fans. These new songs will then be released between Autumn 2011 through to Spring 2012, bombarding the airwaves and the iTunes chart with their fresh and concussive British Rock sound.

In the meantime, the band will continue its relentless touring schedule – which includes their most ambitious foreign assault to date with a three week European tour this July – and will rack up a total of over one hundred shows in 2011.

With the band’s appeal ranging from Motorcycle Club Rallies to family festivals such as the Cambridge Rock Festival, and renowned Metal and Rock festivals such as Hard Rock Hell, Four Wheel Drive will continue to storm the UK and Europe with a vicious and unmatchable energy for the rest of this year and beyond.
